Service Description

Private 2-4 Sports Performance / 30 Min tailored Sports Performance training session to incorporate Dynamic Warmup, Strength and Performance Training circuit, including core and conditioning, ending with a cool down. Once the group has decided to train for 10 sessions, an appropriate program will be created for your group's specific needs. Single Session 30 minutes / $105 +$10 if for skating treadmill training ​ 60 minutes / $200 +$20 if for skating treadmill training ​ 10 Session Package 30 minutes / $1000 +$100 if for skating treadmill training 60 minutes / $1900 +$150 if for skating treadmill training

Cancellation Policy
